Should students be able to grade their teachers?

Teachers are always asking, “What can I improve on in class?”, but students are always limited to what they can and cannot say. A student never knows if their words are offensive. Some teachers get offended because they feel like they put their all into their lessons, and a student still has minor things to criticize them in. Other teachers give silent lunches and lunch detentions because they feel like students are complaining when in reality, the students are giving feedback so that they can better the classroom experience for themselves and their peers.
